FEDERAL BRENT RETAIL, INC.

Established in 2002, Federal Brent Retail Inc. (FBRI) is a joint venture between Federal Land and Brent Oil that pioneered integrated retail hubs across Pasay and Marikina. Following the success of its flagship Macapagal station, FBRI expanded to Marikina in 2007 and launched its modernized 2014 facility at MET Pasay.

2002
The Partnership:

Federal Brent Retail Inc. (FBRI) is established as a joint venture between Federal Land Inc. (Metrobank Group) and Brent Oil Corporation.

The Pasay Landmark:

Launch of the first fully-integrated Petron Mega Gas Station at the corner of Macapagal Blvd and EDSA Extension, designed to complement the adjacent Blue Wave Mall.

2007
Marikina Inauguration:

FBRI opens its second Petron station, strategically located at the corner of Sumulong Highway and G. Fernando Ave, serving the Marikina community.

2014
Facility Modernization:

The “New Petron at MET” (Macapagal corner North Seaside Blvd) officially opens.

2026
Portfolio Diversification:

Beyond fuel and leasing, the company moves into premium F&B, with the upcoming launch of its first Japanese restaurant in BGC, Taguig.

2003- 2006
The F&B Hub:

The Entertainment Years:

The courtyard establishes itself as a nightlife destination, featuring nightly live bands and celebrity performances.

2007
Marikina Community Mall:

Expansion into Marikina City with 14,000sqm of retail space and a four-screen cinema complex.

2026
Future Vision:

Transitioning toward sports and wellness with the new Sports Deck (Basketball, Badminton, and Pickleball) and a full mall renovation.
