• All court reservations must be made through the official booking system of BLUEWAVE SPORTS DECK only.
• Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Minimum booking duration is one (1) hour.
• You may Book your reservations ANYTIME OF THE DAY.
• Maximum of sixty (60) days advance booking period.
• You will receive an email for your Booking reservation with Reference number on your registered email address.
• Walk-in bookings are subject to court availability. 
• For same-day play, please pay in cash at the reception desk only.
• Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled playing time for registration.
• A maximum of five (5) minutes (included in the total hours of your reservation) is allotted for court set-up before the official start of every game.
• Court usage starts and ends strictly according to the reserved schedule. 
• Extensions are subject to court availability and must be approved by management. 
• Badminton and Pickleball Players may reserve multiple courts subject to availability.  
• Users who fail to arrive at the designated start time of their reservation shall not be granted any adjustment of the reserved booking period. Only the remaining reserved time will be utilized upon arrival.
• For special events such as graduations, school activities, parties, and other functions, please coordinate directly with the Sports Deck Administration for the guidelines and requirements.

• Payments will be verified during office hours, and confirmation will be provided accordingly.
• Reservations that have not yet received payment confirmation from the Booking Administration may still proceed with the use of their reserved slot. Valid proof of payment should be provided together with an email confirmation with details of booking reference number at the reception counter prior to entry.

• Only registered players and authorized guests are allowed inside the Court area.
• Upon registration, all players and non-players will be marked an official stamp, which must be presented as proof of registration before gaining access to the court area
• Lockers are free of charge and available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Players are required to bring their own padlock.
• Proper dress code and non-marking athletic shoes are required.

  • SHOES      : RUBBER-SOLED SHOES ONLY
    
• Hanging on rims, damaging equipment, or any unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Food and beverages are not allowed on the playing surface.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Children below 7 years of age are not allowed for safety reasons.
• Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Audiences must remain in designated viewing areas.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, excessive noise, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

All confirmed court reservations shall be deemed FINAL and are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Requests for cancellation and refund shall not be permitted once a reservation has been confirmed.

Exceptions may only be considered in the event of FORECE MAJEURE, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government-imposed restrictions or closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of both parties. A One (1) time Rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved time and is subject to court availability.

Guests are advised to verify all reservation details, including the booking date, time, and court selection, prior to confirming their reservation, as no changes or refunds will be granted once the booking has been finalized.

In case of NO SHOW, fees are not Refundable but applicable to re-scheduling.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person violating facility rules.
• BLUEWAVE SPORTSDECK and Administration shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for any injuries, accidents, or claims arising from participation in activities conducted within the premises, whether occurring before, during, or after facility use.
• Any damage to facility property caused by players or guests shall be charged to the party responsible.
• By confirming a reservation, players acknowledge and agree to comply with all facility rules and regulations.

Note: Management reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations whenever necessary to ensure the safety, security, and efficient operation of the BLUEWAVE SPORTS DECK.
